How to use Harmony Spray

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Spray directly into the mouth.
  3. Hold for 60 seconds for optimal absorption.
    • Dosage
      Our recommended starting dose is 4mg to 10mg of CBD per day. Adjust the dose if necessary. The spray is available in three strengths:

      • MODE
        150 mg CBD total
        10 mg/ml | 1%
        One spray (0.1 ml) contains 1 mg of CBD.
        Do not exceed 60 sprays in one day.
      • STRONG
        500 mg of CBD in total
        33 mg/ml | 3.3%
        One spray (0.1 ml) contains 3.3 mg of CBD.
        Do not exceed 18 injections in one day.
      • VERY STRONG
        1500 mg of CBD in total
        100 mg/ml | 10%
        One spray (0.1 ml) contains 10 mg of CBD.
        Do not exceed 6 injections in one day.
